I would like to give a big thank you to Donna and her team for amazing service, kindness, time and attention. Donna and her team are the best that you can get. A special thank you to Samantha and team for their support during the funeral. If it were possible, I would give them all 100 stars.

Our family experienced an unimaginable loss with the sudden passing of my younger brother, and it was truly a shock. However, the process of laying him to rest was made so much smoother and more compassionate thanks to Aaron Black and their incredible team.
Donna was a pillar of support for my mother and me, guiding us with remarkable sensitivity and care during such a difficult time. She helped us navigate the complexities of the burial process, third-party fees, and all the arrangements with grace and understanding.
On the day of the funeral, Mel and Sam took charge, and their dedication was outstanding. Sam not only spoke with me beforehand but also took the time to visit my mum to explain the entire process, which provided us with much-needed reassurance. Their attention to cultural sensitivities was impeccable, allowing us to focus on our grief without being burdened by unnecessary issues.
The day turned out to be a beautiful tribute, and I truly believe that it wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of Sam and Mel. They stood by us every step of the way, ensuring that we felt cared for and respected throughout the entire experience.

Following the passing of my beloved father-in-law we chose to go to Aaron Blacks to put him to rest.
From the first conversation with Donna I knew that my family and father-in-law were going to be in great hands and I wasn’t wrong.

It is an extremely tough process to experience and Donna made it as painless as it could possibly be, ensuring that we gave my father-in-law the best send off he could ask for. The communication through the process was great and we were kept up to date and informed of all relevant details.
