On behalf of all the family I would like to thank Aaron Black Funeral Directors for the way they supported us in planning for Mum’s funeral.

A special mention must go to Donna who was so thoughtful and caring throughout the whole process of putting our Mum’s wishes in place and showed patience and understanding when we needed guidance.

Also, on the day of the funeral, Samantha and her team looked after us professionally and with great care which was very much appreciated by all those who attended.

I would just like to say a huge Thank you to Donna, Samantha, Deana and Mo from the moment they came and took Dad into their care I knew I had made the right decision. My sister and I met with Donna to make Dad's arrangements and she was so caring and thoughtful at such a difficult time. The day of Dad's funeral they all went above and beyond and made a sad day that little bit easier.

Donna, from Aaron Black Funeral Directors, is a very special person. From the moment we met her, she showed such kindness and compassion towards us as a family and supported us throughout the whole process. She took her time to talk us through our options and the steps we needed to go through, showing empathy, patience and understanding at all stages. Her regular 'check in' phone calls continued even after our dad's funeral, and for this we will be forever grateful. Nothing was too much trouble for Donna and her team who showed Dad the utmost respect as soon as they took him into their care. On the day of the funeral, Samantha and the rest of the team were amazing and so supportive, guiding us sensitively through each step so that Dad had the send off he truly deserved. The death of a loved one is such a devastating time but Donna and her team made it easier to navigate - we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Our family experienced an unimaginable loss with the sudden passing of my younger brother, and it was truly a shock. However, the process of laying him to rest was made so much smoother and more compassionate thanks to Aaron Black and their incredible team.

On the day of the funeral, Mel and Sam took charge, and their dedication was outstanding. Sam not only spoke with me beforehand but also took the time to visit my mum to explain the entire process, which provided us with much-needed reassurance. Their attention to cultural sensitivities was impeccable, allowing us to focus on our grief without being burdened by unnecessary issues.
The day turned out to be a beautiful tribute, and I truly believe that it wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of Sam and Mel. They stood by us every step of the way, ensuring that we felt cared for and respected throughout the entire experience.
