From start to finish the whole team were so kind and compassionate. Donna was extremely helpful and supportive with frequent calls proving updates and asking if the family were coping ok - nothing was too much for her. Donna recommended the perfect celebrant for us - Lucy - who was wonderful and caring and did our mum proud. The funeral director, Sam and her team were compassionate and patient during the process. I would just like to say a huge Thank you to Donna, Samantha, Deana and Mo from the moment they came and took Dad into their care I knew I had made the right decision. My sister and I met with Donna to make Dad's arrangements and she was so caring and thoughtful at such a difficult time. The day of Dad's funeral they all went above and beyond and made a sad day that little bit easier.

From the moment we met her, she showed such kindness and compassion towards us as a family and supported us throughout the whole process. Her regular 'check in' phone calls continued even after our dad's funeral, and for this we will be forever grateful.
